What the Clover connection does
Menu sync. Items and modifiers come from Clover and stay in step. You never re-type a menu, and new items show up flagged so you can attach a recipe before their sales slip past the count.
Per-sale deduction. The order fires, its recipe resolves, stock comes down — from the open bottle first, opening the next one when the current can’t cover the pour. Refunds put the exact amounts back.
The weekly report. What sold, what it used, what it cost, what it earned — plus actual-vs-theoretical variance per ingredient and drafted reorders when stock crosses par. See the report.
